Auberge des Gallant

First, the Sucrerie des Gallant (Auberge des Gallant) invites you to savour sweet offerings in an exceptional setting nestled in a pristine forest. Their magnificent Gallant Maple Pavilion, devoted to maple, as the name suggests, will enchant you. A unique aspect of this pavilion is that is was built from trees recovered after the 1998 ice storm. They serve a top-notch sugaring-off feast prepared in the kitchens of Auberge des Gallant. Pure indulgence!

And, while you’re there, or any other time for that matter, why not spoil yourself with some pampering at the Auberge’s health centre? Try a maple sugar scrub to leave your skin feeling velvety soft.



Sucrerie de la Montagne

Head over to Sucrerie de la Montagne in Rigaud and take a trip back in time. Discover a small village with a real old-fashioned maple grove. This is a unique glimpse into some true Quebec rituals of yesteryear, from the kitchens to the singing and folk dancing.
