Closing date and time for entering the contest:

At midnight on the day before each drawing.

Conditions

Limit of one entry per home address. All entry forms (paper or electronic) will be retained for the duration of the contest.

Packages are valid during the year for the entire period of operation of all attractions included in the package. Note that some attractions are open only in the summer, while others are open until the fall.

Number and detailed description of the prizes offered and the value of each prize

* Each package is for two adults and two children. It includes the activities and services described, as well as all taxes. The value of each package is mentioned in the description above. There are five packages to be won.

Declaration of prizewinners

A draw will be held at Tourisme Suroît (1155 Boulevard Mgr-Langlois, Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, QC J6S 1B9) every Thursday morning during the summer, according to the draw dates.

Method of awarding prizes

Prizes will be delivered to prizewinners by Purolator, after prizewinners have been contacted by telephone, in the days following the draw.

Prizewinners will be notified by telephone on the day of the draw at the telephone number they have provided on the entry form.

Prizewinners must be confirmed by telephone to receive their prize. The telephone number provided on the entry form must be in service.

Additional information

Persons specified in section 12 of the Rules respecting publicity contests, R.Q. c. L-6, r.3.1, of the Act respecting lotteries, publicity contests and amusement machines, R.S.Q., c. L-6, s. 20, must be excluded in all cases. A person for whom a publicity contest is carried on, his employee, representative or mandatary, a member of the jury and the persons with whom they reside may not enter the contest.

Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
